− Tube was too deep so hard to step in and out of it. This was an "accessibility room" and I dont know why there wasn't a walk in/ roll in shower

− Breakfast could be improved. The eggs were cold and the donuts stale.

10.0Tammy is exceptional she made my stay very welcome. She's a hell of a manager. Not many of them are around anymore. She deserves recognition for her professionalism. I definitely will stay here again thanks to her.
