Horrible experience that location should be shut down
1.0Nothing too many cockroaches
− Too many cockroaches and them calling the police on me when I complained about the cockroaches. After taking my money at 8:00 in the morning. Horrible experience
Pretty much satisfied our in and out needs for this travel.
7.0Front counter staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Breakfast service, bathroom, and comfortable beds and pillows were perfect for our group and travel schedule.
− The overall aged look and feel of the facility and room. The entryway told me exactly what to expect from there. I wonder how many parties the furnishings and flooring have been a part of.

− Carpet smelled musty and like an ashtray, it was torn and had slashes and gashes in it, the room overwhelmingly smelled like old cigarettes, the clean towels still had strands of hair on them, as did the bathroom floor, the edges of the room were not vacuumed, the air conditioner was so loud you had to blast the TV to hear it, the pool house could have been so cute but the bottom was all chipped and flaking away, the bottom wasn't cleaned, the pool ladder was not fully attached to the wall anymore, the ladder steps were loose and uneven, the ice machine was broken, a window in the pool area was all cracked and broken, several of the outside air conditioning units were exposed due to cover being off, so the place looked trashy, smelled humid and dank and musty, staff was just so so, great location though, had about 300 channels on TV but no streaming platforms, pool had missing tiles and was poorly maintained, the shower faucet was loose and leaked, the shower is ready for some remodeling, I would never stay here again or recommend it.
