2.0The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and a very bad choice to be the face of the Inn. I purchased a room for 4/8/25 to 4/9/25 , also paid an early check in fee only to be put out on 4/8/25 at 10am. This is unacceptable ‼️‼️

2.0i had a reservation that was counseled because we arrived after 12 am we were delayed by heavy evocation traffic. So no I will never book a room
YOU WILL NOT GET A ROOM WHEN YOU ARRIVE FRAUDULENT
2.0I arrived to check in just to work hurricane inGA. Guy behind the counter said he could not take credit card to check me it. NOWHERE ELSE AVAILABLE ON HOTELS.COM FOR 100 MILE. gOT A ROOM ACROSS THE STREET. LAST ONE. THIS GUY DID THIS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO STAYED AT MY HOTE. APPARENTLY HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. PEOPLE EVACUATED FROM FLORIDA ARRIVED AT HIS HOTEL AND DID NOT GET A ROOM. THEY WERE SLEEPING IN THEIR CARS (AT LEAST 7 THAT I NOW OF. THIS HOTEL IS NOT AN OPERATING HOTEL AND SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF OF HOTELS.COM.
