I felt safe and comfortable.
9.0The hotel staff was welcoming when we checked in, they made us feel like family.
− This is a nice property right off the water but the geese/ bird poop covered half of the front walkway. Not an easy situation to control. It just brings down the look of the front of the hotel.
Need more employees at front desk to check people in!

No hot water in the shower??? Say it ain’t so!!!
2.0There is a certain level of service expected at any hotel. One can tolerate a rude check-in, can excuse not being acknowledged as a Hilton member with its accompanying gratis, can ignore an old tired room with red stained carpets, however, the one MAJOR requirement of a hotel is at least a warmish shower. The shower was ice cold. Will never stay at this hotel again

− The location, apparently they are doing construction, had an issue with the AC for a bit and in order to close the door completely you have to slam it
