10.0I absolutely loved everything overall. The location, the staff, the room, the service, the breakfast bar, the unlimited snacks, and the sound of silence during sleeping hours.
− No elevator.
This is a good value and would stay here again with some planning.
8.0loved the free snacks in the lobby and the staff was quite helpful.
− bed was a bit hard. There was some black mold in the bathroom. There was no elevator and the parking was on a hill so not a good location for someone with mobility issues. they switched our room so we had a ground floor which was nice but had to park in the lower parking area and walk uphill back to the hotel.
