10.0Excellent property Great Staff, clean and friendly service.
First thing we saw black spot on tub, broken tolit seat and a ring around the water. Not cleaned.
2.0Breakfast was some old tasteless hot food. Tables close to food area, hard to get around.
− Better staff training in accidents. My wife tripped on the trip harasser board across doorway of the restroom in the hallway and grabbed the door jam to break her fall and the bathroom door came close on her hand at full force. With blood running down her hand I ask the clerk for help. He gave me 2 band-aids and 3 alcohol packs. When I ask for more he gave me 2 small tissues. Next day lady at counter gave us real medical supplies and a accident report. Manager at checkout, we were afforded 20% off our next stay. Didn't want to hear about fingers. Wouldn't answer about who to send Doctor bill to if we needed to go. Will call to check up on finger, still waiting on call.

But other than the strong smoke smell our stay was very relaxing !!
10.0The location was perfect to where we was going.very close by to everything that we was going to.
− We got a non-smoking room but there was a strong smoke smell in the hallway and in our room and I was just worried because I have chronic migraine and it just makes me nauseous and gives me a migraines and my mom has bad asthma.
