8.0We loved the breakfast. Lots of good options- we were delighted!
− We were really bummed to find our room dirty. Floors were sticky, no trash bags for the trash cans, and the locks on the doors didn’t work or didn’t exist.

− The staff are just wonderful and friendly people, but the cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, cobwebs in the bathroom, dirty floor and an unpleasant smell in the room, especially from the beds

10.0Great breakfast, easy check in even with us needing to check in early due to having oxygen in our car they made sure to accommodate us. Rooms were nice too
The only good thing about my stay was the location.
3.0The location was great!
− When we first arrived, the $75 deposit was not mentioned in my booking. We checked in and was sent to a room that had someone else in it, we were then sent to another room and was told that we would receive some of our money back since we paid for a bigger room and didn’t get it. We didn’t receive any money back. The new room had what looked like cigarette ashes on the bed when we walked in, the top lock on the door was broke off which is a nightmare with a toddler and there was water from the tub all in the floor.
