− Staff was rude the whole hotel smelled like marijauna nothing worked tv laundry elevators the workers that worked the tiki bar wouldn’t wait on guests instead just played games between themselves an smoked marijauna they were working on a room across from mine at 1am pounding drilling constant fighting going on I had to use my hotspot on my phone to even get the apps on the tv to work restaurant was closed everyday refused to clean our room or give fresh towels out entire 8 night stay we were given 2 towels an 1 wash cloth for 4 people no microwave or coffee maker in room an the ac didn’t work at all the room was dirty when we checked it they wouldn’t switch our room the whole hotel is absolutely dirty people sleeping in the lobby I was very uncomfortable there

I booked deluxe room. They downgraded me and charged me the same. Worst the bath has no cold shower
