7.0The rooms are clean. The pool area was nice and relaxing
− The front desk staff was very rude. She said our room would be ready in 30 mins came back well after 30 mins and she just kept adding more time for our room to be ready. Our other two rooms were ready when we arrived but she kept rolling her eyes when we would come back to try to check in after the 3:00 check in time. It was almost 4:00 by the time we were able to check in.
We had a very pleasant stay
8.0Check in was quick, without wait. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and priced as a good value. Although we didn't use the pool it looked the same.
− There was not enough signage to guide us to the ice machine that was on the second floor as our room was on the first floor. We had to go to the front desk and ask about the ice machine.
Impressive hotel, we will be back.
