10.0hotel staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the toilets were very low for someone who is 6'0 or taller. My husband is 6'5 so....not comfortable and the shower ceilings were low. other than that it was a perfect weekend getaway.

2.0We didn't get the suite with 2 beds that we booked. They didn't provide a king bed room suite either. It was a rip off. Coffee was always cold. No bread for breakfast. By far the most terrible residence inn I've stayed in.
Great Stay
8.0Location is excellent. Safe neighborhood. Super close to fast food, restaurants, grocery stores, & shopping. One bedroom suite was spacious enough for our family of 6 (we brought an air mattress) would definitely get the 2 bedroom suite next time but we’re able to make do with the one bedroom for this trip. We would absolutely come back. Bedding was comfortable, rooms were clean. Only negative was breakfast was definitely lacking but so many food options near by- didn’t affect our stay too much. All staff we encountered were kind.
