10.0The property was clean. The pool was open for long hours. There was a hot tub that worked.
Beautiful Property and Caring Staff
10.0We came in hot, anticipating a reservation snafu (of our own making). Mary and Scott worked with us to smooth out what turned out not to be a problem at all. Top notch from the get-go. The suite was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. We did not take advantage of the outdoor courtyard area because of our scheduled activities outside the hotel, but it would have been a nice space to wind down. The breakfast was marvelous and very well presented. Lots of choices for even the pickiest of eaters. If we find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely stay here again.
Great facility, not so great hidden fees
4.0The property is great. Everything’s clean, the staff is friendly, it’s very safe and they have free parking and breakfast.
− Online it says a pet fee MAY apply. It does not say that they will charge you a non-refundable extra $100 for bringing your pet. Obviously we would not have chosen to stay here had we known, we would’ve just stayed downtown as the price would’ve been the same without the driving in and out of the city.

Front desk staff very friendly
8.0My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks after our home was sold. The 2-bedroom with kitchen worked out well for us so my husband could continue working. We were there for Christmas, so we enjoyed having a fireplace in our unit. There is a free breakfast area though we mostly got coffee and prepackaged muffins. Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There are coin-operated laundry machines. It was odd that there weren’t in-room safes. Our only complaint was housekeeping. They were good about trash and towels but did not want to clean the room. Some of the towels were thick and white but some were shabby and stained and should not have been given to guests! We were told housekeeping services every 4 days for long-stay, but we had service only once in 13 days and that is because I went to the desk and requested it. We felt the room rate was very reasonable in December but now 3 months later it is over $100 more per night for the same suite.
