Bad experiences and we cannot relax.
1.0Good connection to the airport
− Really low standards of building with bad noise isolation and the wallpaper in the room is dirty and broken. You can hear every sound from your neighbors room and the bathroom. Even when someone pass by through the corridor and you may hear it clearly. We can not sleep at all.

10.0The hotel is very good about letting people check-in early. Both times I've stayed at the hotel, I arrived earlier than the 3 pm check-in time, but there was no problem getting into my room right away.

10.0Wing, Jade Anson greeted us at the check-in desk late in the evening on the 22nd of July. She was very helpful and kind to us and we were very appreciative!
We were tired after a long flight and didn't enjoy having to wait for these remedies.
5.0The hotel did respond quickly when notified. We were given another room. They sent a man promptly to fix the shower.
− We were allocated a room that we could not get in to because it appeared to be already be in use. The shower was not working because the knob that altered the shower to bath seemed to be jammed.
