6.0Great location that we have used many times, our preferred place to stay when we are in Bowling Green. Staff did an awesome job trying to accommodate everyone while being very limited due to the major hotel renovation currently taking place.
− A lot of confusion everywhere with the major building and hotel renovation going on.

10.0Excellent location. Very clean room. Free parking. Brenna was at check in. Very quick. Very courteous. The pics are a lived in look.
I went for a wedding and it was all very nice and great service.

− It was under construction so it was hard to get around and noisy at times.
June stay
6.0Hotel in middle of remodel which we were not made aware of at booking. Kids would have enjoyed the pool but again not told at reservation it was unavailable. Bathtub was holding water and had not been cleaned. They did tend to the issue however.
