Cool but pissed off that I got charged for two rooms and I only ended up using one. I reported it and nobody reached out

− Accidentally booked two room reported it to booking.com customer service haven’t got my money back or any compensation so yeah that sucked
Excellent value for the price
10.0The price was excellent for everything we got! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable (more comfortable than pretty much any other more expensive hotel I've stayed at)! We even got some entertainment from the other guests since we left our blinds open for most of the evening!
− Honestly, I don't really have anything to complain about. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a larger area for them to put the breakfast out, but they were limited by the space.
Good place to stay to watch Sierra Vista, AZ Firework Show.
6.0The area around Sierra Vista was well suited to watch the July 4th Fireworks and only about 5 minutes drive to the park. There were various restaurants around in the area, there were a few issues that we wish we knew about previously.
− It was very strange but neither my wife nor I could figure out how to make the bathroom shower work in the tub, as there was no pull on the faucet knob, and it did not pull out either as some might do, so the shower was basically a mirage. maybe the tub worked, we don't know as we do not take baths, and ended up washing ourselves in the bathroom sink. Also, we were in a smoking room, and there was a small burn-hole in our bed sheet. Additionally, wife killed a cockroach.
