Very comfortable but cleaning staff needs to clean every single surface someone could get hurt or sick

− the floor in my room was gross!!! My feet should not become brown with dirt! There’s mold in the bathroom in the corner of the shower and on the calk holding the tub to the floor the tub was rusted and felt like it was going to break under my weight. There’s cracked tiles in the entryway and human poop on the wall in front of the toilet I have found a faux fingernail in the room, an ear ring and someone’s sock! The front desk person placed us in a smoking area without asking if we wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room attempted to charge us $150 for my boyfriend’s SERVICE DOG then tried to make us use a separate entrance because of the dog they need to undergo service animal training because a service animal by law is an extinction of that person’s body and can go anywhere and hotel’s cannot charge a surcharge for service animal of any kind

10.0The property has just been renovated, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. It smells great. The property seems very clean, and breakfast was acceptable for the price paid.
