2.0It was a horrible experience the manager was mean to us and called us liars the microwave didn't work right they had roaches the door knob was abot.to fall off in the bathroom and it had a hole in it the second room we were in the first room had black mold in the bathroom which can make you sick the door was about.to break in the bathroom

4.0Staff was polite. Facility is not in good shape. Carpet was not clean, paint was peeling, graffiti on the walls, rust on metal hardware. The surfaces looked dirty so i wiped them down, most of it was damage (dents, scratches and stains) not dirt. Strong marijuana odor. Apparently the parking lot outside my window is a smoking area. Wished that I didnt have to smell it in the room. Used a lot of Glade air freshener and kept the fan on.

2.0Immediately got my room switched for having stained linens and pillow cases as well as trash on the floor. The second room was worse with burned furnature, visible damage to the room, and smelled of cigarettes. I requested a refund and was denied.
