2.0I never got the room. When I tried to check in, the front desk clerk never found my name. I called the person who made the reservation for me and she had a receipt as well as a confirmation number (Heather Clemmons paid it on my behalf). The front desk clerk, kinda rudely, asked me to leave. The room was paid for, but I never got to stay in the room. Because it stated on your website - No refunds - Mrs Clemmons was out $85+ and I ended up without a hotel room for the evening. I'm sorry to say, but using your service in the future will never happen.
