8.0Only issue was the room was next to an outside entrance to the hotel. So, at 5:30 AM, the cadre of workers with service trucks started leaving and the door would bang each time...for about 20 minutes.

4.0Now a former regular motel. When a member of staff has no idea if they sell detergent and to see someone else later .. Not much point in having a laundry room is there?

6.0Check in smooth. Fridge not working in room but got fixed after a couple of requests. Basic facilities and breakfast was as basic as could be. A supermarket near by, also a couple of bar/restaurants. 20 minute walk to the main area of town and the local train service to downtown Chicago (Metra). OK for the price
