6.0Everything i needed for a week long stay was close by.
− Very cold staff. In 6 days I don't think I saw 1 smile or heard a getting.
For what I needed a room for it was durable
5.0Over all it was ok for an older motel. Most of time i only drink coffee, so it would be nice to have bigger cups, and French vanilla cream.
− My room was facing the parking lot and my window from my room was at chest high to the parking lot making me feel like I was in prison.

7.0Check in was quick and easy. Very sweet lady working the desk. It was overall quiet.
− The room smelled like bad BO. Nothing could make it go away. Traveling with 3 small kids, it didnt seem like something to throw a fit about and try to get another room. We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night passing thru Johnson City on a road trip.
Good night’s rest for the money.

− Breakfast offerings weren’t as good as other establishments in the area. Walls were thin—I could hear my neighbors. No outside seating.
Location and Price worthy
8.0Had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. The front desk lady was super nice and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable (one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to rest in), the room was clean and had nice decor. The only cons; the bathtub could use a new seal around the edge. A couple of outlets didn’t work (not a big concern for me) and the “buffet style” breakfast (as described on the website) was really just a waffle continental breakfast. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here. I’ll be back again
