− We initially booked Ramada which was walking distance to the falls but Ramada moved us to the best western plus at the last minute which was a very old run down hotel and was about 10 minutes drive from the falls. We were very disappointed with the location and the hotel. I contacted the hotel and booking .com to see if we can get a refund for one night coz we had to book a hotel on the falls since best western was so far away and we did not have no views. We paid a lot of money to have this vacation and we were very disappointed with our accommodation we were put into. We did not come to Niagara Falls to look at Tim Hortons building. We are still waiting to see if booking. Com or Ramada will give us a refund. We still did not get any response about the refund from either yet.

− Er is ten onrechte geld van mijn rekening gehaald en ben nu al paar weken bezig met het andere hotel om het terug te krijgen maar communicatie loopt erg stroef
