6.0Gute Lage, kurzer 2 Minuten Weg zum Bahnhof. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt sowie lokales Gemüse und Obst im Umkreis von 150m. Küchenausstattung zwar karg aber ausreichend. Schöne Dachterrasse. Gute Matratze. Verlässliche Kommunikation mit Greta Costa.
− Man muss anhaltendes Hundegebell morgens und abends im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft mögen. Nicht immer zuverlässige Kommunikation mit dem Büro. Sehr knappe Ausstattung mit Hand- und Duschtuch.

10.0Lovely, clean & comfortable renovated apartment. Easy walking to train station ( 2 minutes) then 20 minutes into Palermo. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Parking on street.
Location, price and good facilities
9.0Its very nice, perfect perfect if you wanna visit Palermo. St. Flavia is peaceful and quiet, and app. Is 2 minutes from train station. 20 minutes more and you are in Palermo. And the apartment is huge. I would consider staying here the second time.
− Shower is leaking from the side a bit, and get floor in bathroom wet, but it is the most smallest problem😊
