8.0Location and size of the room.
− The gave me a smoking room and it was disgusting 🤢, when I claim in the front desk, the guy told me that that was the only one available and I told him that we have a problem then because my reservation said NO Smoking 🚭, magically it was 1 room available and he given to me. Nothing special, little noisy and the housekeeping knocked my door when I was sleeping saying that I have to check out, she rectified in her paper the mistake. But my sleeping after a long night of work was interrupted 🤬

1.0I would have given this place a zero if it were an option.
− The curtains were taped to the walls, the windows we cracked top to bottom, not a single drawer had handles (and they appeared to be smashed off, blankets were covered in burn holes, walls were covered in substances, reaked of cigarettes, bathroom door was previously broken off its hinges, floors were extremely sticky. I would not recommend anybody stay here especially if you have children.

− Only 1 electrical outlet out of the six worked. My wife and I had to unplug the AC to charge our phones. Also even though the listing mentions there’s breakfast included, it is not.
