6.0Need more power outlets in room. Front AC unit fell off for no reason. Front desk is left unattended for long periods of time.

4.0Roaches in the room and bathroom wasn’t clean nor the bathroom sink needed cleaning and the toilet had brown fluid on the seat and tub was dirty. They did offer me another room but no elevator in the bldg nor a cart to move the luggage. Also the place is old. She used a can of raid to spray the room that was enough for lol. What upset me was I left my phone in the room and a bag and I come back having not checked out and she unlocked the door and left it open and was rude saying that I thought you already checked out I said I had to get the rest of my stuff.. can I get a refund..? I won’t be back to the establishment again. I wasn’t comfortable there the fruit was old and breakfast bar which I didn’t eat..

6.0had constant problems with key cards resulting in having to have new cards issued three times for a two night stay.

2.0The room smelled horrible from cigarette smoke. The towels were stained. The recliner in the room was horribly stained. The sheets were dirty and appeared to have mold on them. We ended up leaving it was so bad with no refund.
