6.0Good working A/C, fridge in room, my only complaint is that I was staying there while working nightshifts so I put up the door hanger for housekeeping to skip my room but they knocked repeatedly anyway.

2.0We were let into our room because they were still servicing it. Awful odor, they sprayed it down with who knows what kind of chemical the entire bathroom and carpet right in front of us. Used towels remained in bathroom and empty toilet paper roll with no extra rolls provided. Afraid to touch anything…. Hair dryer broken with exposed wires. Soiled stair ways. Absolutely awful.
