− My room’s air didn’t work and it was pouring water into the floor. The carpet stayed soaked all weekend and the temp of the room stayed around 80.

A nightmare
1.0My room was a mess. Customer service was an absolute pain to deal with. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. My room was trashed from the people before I had to clean it myself.
− The customer service was very disrespectful would not accommodate my needs. Had to call corporate to get things taken care of.

1.0We booked a room and then we were told they had overbooked. It was a weird place. Felt like we walked into the twilight zone so I’m glad I didn’t stay there after all.
