− We didn't even get to stay there they were overbooked and refuse to refund our money.

6.0Wasn’t the greatest visit, me traveling alone l would stay again. And not the best breakfast. And no coffee maker in the room.

2.0The person who checked me in was friendly
− The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, we did not receive housekeepers during our stay. There were what appeared to be rat droppings on the floor by the bed and the walls were so thin I could understand the words in the music playing in the next room. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9 but when I went at 8:30 all that was out was juice, coffee and bread for toast. This fell short of what was pictured in the hotels amenities.
