When we pulled up to this place, we weren’t even sure that this was he hotel. Looked like a run down apartments.Won’t

− Tub stained. TV broken in breakfast area No maid service. When we asked why our room wasn’t fixed and towels picked up and replaced, the front desk told us that we should have requested it. But they never mentioned that when we checked in. The free breakfast was just awful.

1.0The only positive things I can say about this property is that the beds were a decent place to rest our heads for the night and that the staff were very friendly considering the conditions of the hotel.
− From the moment we walked in, you got this overwhelming smell of must and mold that sat inside of your nose. There was no elevator so carrying all the luggage up the stairs was also a task. When you got to the stairway, it was extremely dark and smelly and the carpet was torn up and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Once inside of our room, the smell continued to permeate everything including the beds. The refrigerator in our room smelled like vomit and the microwave in the lobby didn’t even fit my babies bottle. The room was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in what looked like forever. If there was vacancy in another hotel nearby, I would’ve checked out immediately but I was forced to stay with my 2 kids. For the price of this hotel, it would’ve been nice to have much better quality. Very disappointed!
