This hotel is a very good value for the price, seeing as it is so close to Wisconsin Dells.

− People coming to eat breakfast should be asked to wear their shoes, children included.

Good stay, but few things could have been better

− It advertised swimming pool and all that but its going through renovation. My issue is you are not giving any discounts for swimming pool not being available then why have you not renovated during winter in the off season

I would never go back.
5.0The front desk service person was very nice and accommodating. The room seemed clean for the most part.
− The pool appeared clean. It looked nice and blue but the hot tube was completely disgusting. You could see floating dirt, hair and much more. The water was green looking with a huge ring around the entire tube. My sister was crying because some mucus or something similar was floating around in the hot tube and got on her. I just wouldn’t go back at that experience. One of the reasons we decided to go there was because of the hot tube. After the hot tube I refused to eat the complementary breakfast. On the bright said check out was at 11am.

4.0Pool was so cold you could not enjoy had foam floating around talked to Anton was told with a attitude that the pool temperature was 86 and the foam was because someone that had grease or lotion jumped in all 3 days Thursday breakfast was horrible with not enough food out for all guests and attitude you got from Anton for asking for more when it was brought out it was not put in where it was supposed to be and only bread and butter was brought out and also pushing it hard onto the counter when asked about waffles he brings is another container that maybe made 6 more but completely watered down when another customer went to ask a question Anton got upset and actually walked out of the motel so unprofessional I’ve stayed many times here and love it but this time was horrible if I could get my money back I would
