This was not worth saving a few bucks - pay a bit extra and go somewhere else.
4.0It was cheap and the location was a good distance from the city center of Logan, one of the few things we liked about staying here.
− The walls were very thin, the shower leaked onto the floor, there was very little counter space, the ice machine was broken, I found hair in the bed, the pillows were very lumpy and flat, and most disappointing of all was the breakfast. The tiny breakfast room was completely packed with people so there was nowhere to sit and there was no more milk so we had cold cereal back in our room.

1.0Nothing it smells so bad and the ac wasn’t working I called the front desk she wouldn’t do anything about it she said to try turning it off and back on and she would “report it in the morning “the chair in the room was so dirty and the door to the bathroom had a hole in it like someone punched a hole through it the pictures we saw on the internet were nothing like this dirty disgusting place is we booked for 2 nights we didn’t stay not even 1 night it was dirty disgusting and smells awful!!
− Everything the lady at the desk was rude not friendly at all seriously you can tell she hates her job and people!!
The value was very good, but staff needs to make sure ac units are working.
8.0− One of the AC units wasn't putting out cold air, and so the room was too warm.

5.0− We asked at the front desk for a room on the first floor as we had our 80+ year old mother with us and they would not accommodate and she had to walk up three flights of stairs.

3.0The conditioning shampoo
− Couldn't check in at 3 because staff didn't listen when I said I had confirmation. Made me wait for 30 minutes when I was trying to get cleaned up for a dr appointment. I was there to relax...TV didn't work! Very frustrating.
