2.0− This hotel is so run down. There was mold all over the caulk in the shower. The juice machine didn’t work. Only thing for breakfast was cereal. This place is gross and St Charles, IL is a beautiful town. I would be embarrassed if I owned this hotel.

1.0Old owners were awesome... Tv didn't work in both rooms. Shower wouldn't get hot. New owner is rude. Got mad at me for using booking.com after he was rude on the phone.
