Awful and disgusting
1.0That was the most disgusting hotel room ive ever stayed in. The nightstand had some kind of crusty sticky dirt on it there was hair on the bedframe. There was no hot water for the shower and the toilet backed up and there was nobody on site. Im disgusted. There was absolutely nothing ok.with the stay

Virtual check in double charged

− I was double charged by the "virtual " check in at the facility on top of the original amount paid to booking.com. I am still awaiting a response ti this grievance.

1.0Booking.com made the experience terrible... Took 2 hours to get registered into hotel. Your agent a woman hung up on me 3 times. She kept telling me it was a hotel problem ...where clearly it was booking.com fault. Would not issue a new virtual card for my reservation!! Will never use booking.com again,!!!
