2.0Crack head central. Several people living here full time, prostitution and drugs are rampid. Worst property I have ever stayed at. You cant even get into the lobby without being buzzed in, and the door is locked immediately behind you. The $400 cash deposit whicj I assume is there to detour riff raft is not working. Big fat no.
