8.0Very clean rooms and courteous staff very helpful if you have any questions or problems. Keep coffee available in lobby would definitely recommend

1.0I showed up during check-in time and was told by the young woman that the power had gone out, no way to check me in. I asked if I could use the restroom. NO! I asked if the facility had an elevator. NO! I asked if I could be put on the first floor since I have had a stroke and have bad balance and climbing stairs issues. NO! The second time I came back in, I was told she still couldn't check me back in. She had a crappy attitude the entire time and was more interested in looking at her phone. I asked her again where my room would be, and she told me the third floor. I told her that nowhere in the booking process does it state the facility does not have an elevator. ''Sorry'', was all she said. I told her to cancel my reservation and to NOT charge my credit card since I would not be staying there! Two days later my card is charged! 7.0Being close to highway
− The flush did not have water, then came back. The TV remote did not have cc.
Could have been clearer.
4.0People hanging out in the parking lot at night. It looks like they didn’t clean or change the sheets, hair everywhere and one sheet had a yellow stain on it. Sink was dirty and no sweep on the door, you could hear the people in the hallway. Front desk lady was nice though.
