10.0Nice hotel with modern, cozy lobby and dining area. The breakfast spread was notably good. Solid customer service. The only quirks were the sink design (low height and tended to spray) and loud AC unit. Great location near the river, RPI, and downtown retail and restaurants. Highly recommended overall!

4.0The overall lobby and breakfast area was cluttered. seating area cushions were dirty, stained and under the cushions was extreme amount of food crumbs. No milk for coffee or cereal. Returned in evening to no hot water for a shower.
