5.0The room was clean and put together.
− There was a man that tried to get me to pay $101 for the room as a security deposit when Booking.com didn't state that I had to pay. I had also checked my email receipt, it didn't say anything about a security deposit. Once I told him that, he said that it was fine and I could be on my way. I really feel like he tried to scam me!

1.0− The smell of a wet mouldy bathroom the stench was horrendous as we opened the door. I went straight to reception and cancelled entire reservation and have had nothing but trouble trying to recoup some money, I am told only partial will be returned as we stayed in the room for 3 hrs this is a complete lie as you could not stay in there that long due to the smell !!!!!!

− I spotted a few roaches crawling. We asked if there’s a blow dryer in the room and the receptionist said yes. We went into the room and there was none. So we have to asked them for one
