A wonderful, comfortable stay with exceptionally kind staff
10.0I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and was very happy with my overall experience. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained which made my stay very pleasant. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was its location, as it was important to me to be close to the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, and I really appreciated being able to walk to the stadium rather than having to rely on public transport or taxis. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — from the reception and housekeeping teams to the staff at the café bar and the gentleman at the entrance. They were all friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere made the experience even better, and I would be very happy to come back again.
− If I had to mention a couple of tiny details, a bit more storage space for clothes would be nice, and the bathroom has frosted glass doors. While there is still plenty of privacy, it's just something to note. These were minor things, though, and didn't affect my stay at all.
