− La actitud y falta de preparación de las personas en recepción, excepto al parecer la gerente (una española) que me resolvió el asunto.
Ubicació excel·lent i vistes espectaculars
7.0El millor d'aquest allotjament és, sense dubte, l'ubicació. És un lloc molt cuidat amb unes vistes a Montjuic espectaculars. El personal de recepció és amable, atent i resolutiu. En el nostre cas, teniem un concert a Montjuïc i ens va resultar molt comode perquè està molt aprop. També té el metro just devora i un bus que va directament a l'aeroport a 2 minuts. Pel que fa a les instal·lacions, és un lloc modern i acollidor. La terrassa és un lloc ideal per refrescar-se a l'estiu i té una vista realment privilegiada. Pel que fa a l'habitació, no és gaire gran però té una decoració cuidada, compta amb totes les comoditats possibles. Varem esmorzar i molt bo tot. Va ser ser una experiència de luxe.
− No estic acostumada a pagar tant per un allotjament i em va semblar molt car per una nit que hi varem passar. És cert que és un lloc privilegiat però el preu (per mi) és un pél excesiu. A banda d'això, a exceptuant un empleat que treballava a la zona de l'esmorzar, no hi havia ningú que pronunciés una sola paraula en català. Estaria bé que ho fessin. L'esmorzar és bastant car, però nosaltres varem tenir sort ja que just aquell dia havien baixat el preu perquè els proveedors no havien pogut arribat a temps pel temporal, i varem quedar satisfestes.
