9.0Das Personal ist super nett! Wir wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Das war toll. Man bewohnt im Prinzip ein Café mit 2 Schlafzimmern und hat dadurch sehr viel Platz. Es war alles blitzsauber!
− Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb. Durch den Shuttle ist das allerdings kein Problem. Außerdem ist eine Buslinie leicht zu erreichen. Versorgung geht nicht besser allerdings blickt man auf einen Supermarkt-Parkplatz.

There is a large supermarket directly across the street, along with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also visited the nearby castle in the evening, and it was beautifully illuminated – definitely worth seeing. The hotel itself is beautiful, new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to every detail. It feels luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is unique, almost like staying in a stylish café. Our accommodation included two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including an excellent coffee machine. Every detail made us feel at home. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. The staff welcomed us with a smile by picking us up from the train station when we arrived. Even though we had to leave very early in the morning, they kindly drove us back to the station. They also spent time helping us plan the next part of our trip, offering thoughtful advice and making sure everything went smoothly. We are truly grateful for their kindness and generosity. If we ever return to Matsumoto, we would not stay anywhere else. Highly recommend

− Un peu loin du centre à pied. Ce qui est compensé par les efforts des hôtes pour vous véhiculer quand nécessaire.

9.0Good location, with a big supermarket located just steps away from the house. We bought fresh produce and cooked dinner for both nights. You can also get sashimi at half price after 7pm+.
− Bed was a tad narrower than most beds. All of us are below 60kg so it was okay.
Will come back again!!!!
