Excellent property and service in a semi-suburban location.
10.0I stay at this property once or twice a year. It is my "home away from home" when I return to Willow Grove to visit family. The property is very clean, very-well maintained and the Front Desk team is very professional. When I visit, there are sometimes groups at the property, for weddings, etc., and everything flows smoothly. They have great EV/Tesla charging under new parking lot overhead panels. There is a small, indoor swimming pool. Tidy Laundry room. Hot and cold breakfast daily is good quality. Plus an outdoor courtyard. The Hotel shares a parking lot with Outback Steak House. And here is a sampling of establishments within walking distance: Walmart, Lowes, Subway, Sam's Club, Corner Bakery, Fresh Market grocery store, Five Guys, Cold Stone, UPS Store, plus.... I highly recommend this location for both short visits and extended stays.
Lots of thought went in to setting up these rooms
10.0We are Hilton Honors members and have stayed in many Hiltons in Arizona, PA, and New York. This was the best set up and organization of any. There were plenty of hooks for the towels, kitchen was very well set up and supplied. Rooms and areas were very clean and welcoming. Both bed and pillows were comfortable. All around, a very nice hotel.
