− Bugs in the room. I submitted photos and videos trying to obtain a refund, and they keep ignoring me.
A comfortable room, but the parking fees and poor customer service made for a disappointing stay.
3.0The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location. The facilities were decent and met my basic expectations for the stay.
− I was very disappointed that guests are charged separately for parking. I travel frequently and have never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking overnight. I also did not like the service when I arrived for check-in. The front desk employee was rude, and I felt uncomfortable and judged during the interaction, especially when she insisted on seeing my husband. Unfortunately, after that experience, my entire impression of the hotel was negative.

− Elevator issues ,only one working , I think parking should be included.
Staff was wonderful. I choked in the lobby and was offered a free bottle of water.
