10.0Tanto la localización como el apartamento nos encantaron. Aún no es la típica zona turística ruidosa, se respira paz y tranquilidad. Apartamento muy bien equipado y en excelentes condiciones. Mis dieces.

Man sollte wissen, dass in Tejita wie besessen gebaut wird, bis zum Strand hinunter. Vom Baulärm ist nichts zu hören, ab
6.0Große geräumige Wohnung. Toller sonniger Balkon. Uns hat es indoor an nichts gefehlt. Sehr hell und warm.
− Die Nachbarn scheinen Dauermieter zu sein mit nie endendem Gesprächsstoff bis spät abends. Sehr laut. Bei offener Balkontür kann man alles mithören, ob man will oder nicht. Es gibt on top eine Terrasse. Zur Zeit liegt überall viel Taubenkot herum, auch auf den Liegepolstern. Geputzt wäre es ein tipptopp Aufenthalt mit Rundumblick.
Great apartment with average agent
8.0Modern and large apartment with big terraces, elevator and parking. Fully equipped kitchen and fast internet. Terrace on top would be great, but without shades, only short time can be spent there.
− Quite unusual payment method not via booking, the agent let us wait half an hour after agreeing the key handover. No self check in possible. Garage access wihtout remote even if all other residents have a remote.
