Had to shift to other hotel after one night stay

− The Cleanliness and Facilities need a lot of improvement specially the bed/pillows sheets & blankets etc. We booked 2 nights and had to shift to other hotel after 1 night stay (lost the payment for the 2nd night).

1.0The staff seemed friendly, but I cancelled the reservation without refund.
− 1- the room was very dirty. 2- most of theclights are not working. Cottage is very dark. 3- the bath room was dirty and un-cleaned. 4- the surrounding area was very dirty and depressing. 5- the room is far away from pictures at booking. 6- the price was very high. Better cottages and hotels can be found in lower price. 7- I cancelled my booking without having a refund, and I'm not sorry for that. It was a wise decission to avoid such place.
