No bed bugs

− dirt everywhere in the room. Furnitures and bathroom were just disgusting and used, had 21 stays in usa , this was one of the worst

Staff was friendly.

− We stayed at this hotel five years ago and it was clean. Our second stay was not as pleasant as we pulled up, there was a homeless encampment on the move. The lobby had a funny smell. Our room looked like it had not been cleaned for about six months. The beds were full of hair, the windows we could hardly see out of due to handprints and smear marks. The bed sheets smelled like old head grease. The shower water was luke warm when turned to the hottest setting. Will not stay in this hotel again.
