7.0샌프란시스코 팔로알토에서 머무는 동안 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 조용해 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 직원들도 친절하게 응대해 주어 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집과 카페가 많고 이동도 편리해 출장이나 여행 모두에 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 다음에 이 지역을 방문하게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
− 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 호텔이었습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 조용했으며 직원들도 친절해 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 위치도 좋아 주변 식당과 카페를 이용하기 편리했습니다. 다만 시설이 아주 최신식이라는 느낌은 아니었고, 일부 편의시설은 규모가 크지 않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 전반적인 관리 상태와 서비스가 좋아 다음에도 방문 의사가 있는 호텔입니다.

− So loud. Party in the room next door until midnight and baby crying at 5am. The walls have zero sound proofing. I could hear the neighbor peeing.
