4.0Clean and comfortable bed. Nice staff.
− Location is far from Maspalomas and jumbo center.. No TV in the rooms. Few power sockets in the room. Front door lock wasn't working properly and they changed it a few hours before I had to leave to the airport. Nobody told me about it, so I was lucky a tourist came downstairs to open the door for me. Untill now I can't understand why the reception asked my number and nobody called me. Also no 24 hour a day reception and the first night I struggled to get the front door opened. It takes long time to walk to the attractions. Can you imagine if no tourist would have come downstairs to open tye door? I would have missed my flight. Finally. No phone number to reach anybody. Reception didn't provide Wi-Fi password, and didn't explain checkout procedure.
