10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of activities going on so the hotel was full but every staff member was very pleasant and assisted people right away. It's a great hotel

8.0We loved that it was connected to the arena that we were going to see a concert.
− Breakfast was just average. You can tell it was a nice hotel in its day, probably prime. You can see the wear and tear, and it may need some sprucing up.
