Worst hotel on the planet.
2.0We arrived at 2pm and were told the room was not ready. No problem, check in is at 4pm. We had a wedding to be at 6pm and the hotel has a good location. When we returned at 4pm, the room was ready, but, oh, by the way, the plumbing will be shut down tonight. No toothbrushing, no showering, no toilet. But, hey, they were willing to waive the cancelation fee. What a joke. This place is not a real hotel.
It had potential to be great but my expectations were higher than my experience

− The way staff greeted me, they didn’t go over the amenities/time for breakfast, etc. They only provided me with my key, they didn’t tell me what room I was in nor the level I was on.
Very comfortable, we may return!

− Parking garage entry was a bit confusing, but was grateful it was attached to the hotel!
Great value; I would recommend to this hotel to those visiting Cleveland
