The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room looked very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was food in the refrigerator left from the last guests. There was some trash behind the table under the window.

− Refrigerator had not been cleaned. The mirror in the room was not clean.

Was very impressed with how clean the room was. They really take care of the rooms. Plus having a nice sit down breakfast included is a plus.

Good value for money place to stay

The room was spacious. The location is good for anyone coming to Great Sand Dunes NP. They have a setup with a nearby restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was good. There are other good restaurants nearby too. Also Safeway is close for stuff and gas.

Overall, my stay at the Dunes Inn was ok.

Good location, quiet, clean. Breakfast at All Valley Cafe was good.

− Housekeeping during my stay was practically non-existent. The one time housekeeping came, soaps were not replenished, used washcloth was left in the shower, carpet was not vacuumed. Room was very dark.
