Mixed experience. Staff was very good.

− Our room was oddly shaped with a tiny bathroom. Had to request room be cleaned because they overlooked us. Elevator broke. Elevators very slow. Construction across the street disturbed us each morning.

7.0− The valet and car drop-off experience was chaotic and poorly organized. Cars were backed up in long lines, and it was unclear who was directing traffic or managing the process. There was little to no assistance with luggage, making the arrival experience feel disorganized and frustrating.
