− No hot water in the room I stayed. The restaurant in front of this hotel was very noisy with loud music until midnight.

− Hoewel ik er 5 nachten verbleef, is er niet schoongemaakt tussendoor, ik had ook slechts 1 handdoek ter beschikking. Ik heb bij booking veel geld betaald voor deze accomodatie, dan verwacht je toch iets meer service.
